The packaging looks nice enough, but it feels a little basic. I was kind of worried I might be getting fooled by the presentation because it looks good at first glance, but there isn’t much to it once you actually have it in hand

I ordered from naturium.com, what I appreciated most was how easy the usage info was to follow. I knew exactly when to use the serum and how much to apply, so I didn't go overboard like I usually do.

The little tips about layering products and using sunscreen were really helpful too. My skin's been doing well so far, and I'd definitely give it 5 stars.

I’ve ordered from naturium a few times now, and so far everything has shown up in really good shape. I’m always a little cautious with skincare when it arrives, so I check the texture, smell, and packaging pretty much right away. Nothing seemed off or like it had been sitting around forever, which was a relief.

The product itself is totally fine, so I can’t really complain there. But i blame the pump for making it more annoying than it needs to be. It sticks every now and then, and the cap feels kind of cheap. Not a dealbreaker, just one of those little things that gets on your nerves
